About the instructor

 Emily is an experienced pitching coach with a passion for helping athletes reach their full potential. With over 5 years of experience as an assistant and pitching coach at Rend Lake College, Emily has developed a reputation as a respected and knowledgeable instructor.

Emily's career began in high school, where she aided in a KHSAA state tournament berth and two appearances at the All A Classic state tournament. She was also a 4-year varsity starter and has multiple district and regional titles to her name.

Emily began her playing collegiate career at Rend Lake College, where she was a standout player on the softball team. She then went on to play at Division 2 Kentucky State University, where she honed her skills on the mound.

In addition to her experience on the field, Emily has provided private pitching instruction for 10 years. She has worked with athletes of all ages and skill levels, helping them to improve their mechanics, increase their velocity, and develop better command of their pitches.

As a coach, Emily is dedicated to helping athletes achieve their goals both on and off the field. She believes in building strong relationships with her players and providing them with the support and guidance they need to succeed.

When Emily isn't coaching, she enjoys traveling with her husband Jackson and playing with her dog. She is always looking for ways to give back to the community and make a positive impact on the world. 

Hailee is passionate about helping players grow their confidence and skills behind the plate and at the plate. She specialize in batting and catching instruction, focusing on strong fundamentals, proper mechanics, and game-ready performance.

Her goal is to create a positive, encouraging environment where athletes can develop at their own pace while being challenged to improve each session. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to sharpen your technique, She will work one-on-one to build consistency, power, and confidence.

For hitters, she focuses on swing mechanics, timing, and approach at the plate. For catchers, she emphasizes blocking, framing, footwork, and game awareness—everything needed to be a leader on the field.

Hailee loves seeing players gain confidence, improve their skills, and carry that success into games. If you’re ready to put in the work and get better, Hailee will love to help you get there!
